New Mystery X and Y Pokemon?

So my internet's been really spotty (part of the reason i've been gone so long) but today I got to see the new pokemon X and Y footage and there was an interesting little white pokemon who really caught my attention. Since all there is officially of this pokemon is a pixel-ie screen cap this is my rendition of the creature c:
